Design Lab Eastbourne was established in 2015 following 16 years of experience working in the design, print and sign trade. Owner Steve St-Claire saw an opportunity to fill the gaps that other local sign companies were not fulfilling. Donna joined in 2020 to help develop the business and manage customer relations in her role as Co-Owner and Business Development Manager

Design Lab was formed to deliver a fresh approach to customer service within the industry. Businesses were being let down with false promises, customers would make an enquiry and be ready to do business but these customers would have to wait days/weeks for anyone to get back to them. This was often due to larger clients with bigger budgets getting priority service and a shortage of staff capacity.
