Terms & Conditions

  • Quotations are based upon work discussed and are only valid for 30 days.
  • Visuals will be generated for your approval within 5 working days of placing your order unless otherwise agreed. You must ensure that everything is correct including punctuation, spelling and colours. Design Lab cannot be held responsible once you have approved. Design time will be added to your invoice where applicable.
  • 50% payment is required on placing your order. This sum is non-refundable. The remainder of the payment is due on the day of completion. Small orders will require full payment upfront. If for any reason these terms are not met then we have the right to apply a percentage of 5% of the total bill for every week that it is not settled.
  • Artwork must be provided to us print ready in a vector file or high resolution  format, otherwise this will incur an additional artwork fee.
  • We use off the shelf colours provided by our manufacturers' unless otherwise specified. You must provide us with images or your Brand Package/Color-Codes/Pantone or Ral colours to ensure a perfect match.
  • Vehicles and Shop Fronts must be cleaned before we are due to fit. If they are not then you may incur an additional fee to your final payment.
  • Installed Signs and Material used, remain the property of Design Lab until the remaining balance is paid.
  • We will repair or replace any vinyl's that have lifted or faded within a 3-month period, provided there are no signs of misuse or damage caused by the user.
  • To maintain the life & appearance of your vehicle/shop front, please see the aftercare section on our website.
  • All Materials have a manufacturers life expectancy which is a suggested guide based on the best possible conditions, extreme temperatures and sunlight have a detrimental effect on all vinyl products therefore exposure to these conditions may reduce the life.

Static and dynamic content editing

A rich text element can be used with static or dynamic content. For static content, just drop it into any page and begin editing. For dynamic content, add a rich text field to any collection and then connect a rich text element to that field in the settings panel. Voila!

How to customize formatting for each rich text

Headings, paragraphs, blockquotes, figures, images, and figure captions can all be styled after a class is added to the rich text element using the "When inside of" nested selector system.
